Original Ranch Beef and Noodle Skillet 1 (8 oz) package wide egg noodles 1 pound ground beef 1 (8 oz) container sour cream 3/4 cup milk 1 (4 1/2 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix (dry) 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese sliced green onions (optional)
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Cook and drain ground beef. Combine noodles and ground beef with sour cream, milk, mushrooms, and dry dressing mix. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
