Slimster's Guacamole
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 medium-size avocado, peeled, cut into chunks
1 tomato, peeled, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon French's Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon French's Garlic Salt
1/8 teaspoon French's Cayenne Pepper
Cauliflower, carrot sticks, celery sticks, green or red pepper squares,
green onions,
cucumber sticks
Combine cottage cheese, avocado, tomato, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce,
garlic
salt and cayenne pepper in blender; blend until smoothe. Serve as dip with
vegetables.
Makes about 2 cups dip. About 300 calories per cup.
