INGREDIENTS - 1-1/2 pounds broccoli (generally about 1 large bundle). Peel the stems if necessary and slice into 1/2-inch slices. Cut the broccoli into florets. - 6 cups water - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 3 scallions, minced - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar - 2 teaspoons sesame oil - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds DIRECTIONS In a large pot, boil the water and then add the broccoli. Boil 1 minute and turn off the heat. Drain the broccoli, put broccoli into a bowl of cold water, and then drain again. In a large bowl, combine the garlic, scallions, vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Add the broccoli and toss well. Serve at room temperature.
