ORIENTAL POT ROAST

1 garlic clove, minced 2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

3 tablespoons honey 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon vinegar 3-pound beef pot roast 1 teaspoon celery seed 1 tablespoon oil 1/2 teaspoon ginger
3/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Combine garlic salt, mustard and pepper and rub into roast.

2.   Heat cooker.

3.   Add oil and brown meat on all sides.

4.   Combine water, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, celery seed and ginger.

5.   Pour over meat.

6.   Close the lid. Cook for 40 minutes.

7.   Remove the lid. Thicken gravy, if desired.

Serve over rice.
