I have been wanting to make this, but my honey isn't fond of Cornish hens





CORNISH HENS in WHITE WINE



2 Cornish hens

1/2 teaspoon Instant chicken bouillon 1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 cup white wine

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/8 teaspoon thyme

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

1.    Heat cooker; add oil and brown cornish hens.

2.    Season with salt and pepper.

3.    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over hens.

4.   Close the lid. Cook for 10 minutes.

5.    Remove the lid.



Serve with wild rice and salad
