Chicken soup recipes are great. Just cook everything under pressure for about 25 minutes and it's done and better than any soup you have ever made before.
Experiment with your pressure cooker and have fun.

Cook a whole chicken with the macimum amount of water your pressure cooker manufacturer recommend under pressure after removing the skin for about 25 minutes. release the pressure, remove cover and remove chicken from pot and place in a bowl. Let cool about 20 to 30 minutes, until you can handle it without burning yourself. remove chicken from the bones and throw out the bones. Put the chicken back in the pot with the cooking stock. Add everything you like in chicken soup like carrots, celery, onions, etc. and cook until done. If you want to cook noodles or rice in the chicken soup, make sure you have enough liquid to do that, since they absorb some of the liquid to cook.
I like to cook rice or noodles and then add to soup.
