EASY FLANK STEAK ROLL-Ups
1 pound flank steak
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1 /4 pound pork sausage, browned
1/4 teaspoon thyme
2 onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup red wine
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 15-oz.. can tomatoes
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut steak crosswise into 2 equal pieces.
2. Heat cooker.
3. Add oil and brown steak.
4. Combine sausage, onion, garlic, bread crumbs and seasonings.
5. Spread stuffing mixture on 1 steak and top with the other.
6. Secure with toothpicks.
7. Place steak in cooker.
8. Add wine and tomatoes.
9. Close the lid. Cook for 15 minutes.
10. Remove the lid.
