This is the pressure cooker I use. It is expensive and worth every penny.
I have had it for 8 years or so.
It cannot explode.
You use it on top of the stove so there are no electronic pads or dials to
deal with.
I love it and recommend it highly.
I can use this by myself and have had no trouble with it at all.
It cleans really well.
