Do you have a recipe for the starter too? I wonder if it's the one with the fermented potato mesh? I've been looking for such a recipe. Does anyone cook this type of sourdough?

Mix everything but the baking soda then fold it in. I cook on a cast iron skillet and start having sticking problems about halfway through. I usually put a tsp of oil in then, spread it around and keep going. I'm not sure what that does to the CFF but it's a lot better than the egg and 4 Tb oil it used to have.
