I put them in a baggie and I crushed them by pounding them with a meat hammer on them. The next time, I'll put them in my mini chopper and do them that way.

I made this at my mom's house after she had her stroke and we all liked the chicken.

It should be 400 degrees and not 400000 or whatever I typed in.

1 1/3 cups of FRENCH'SR   French Fried Onions
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 egg, beaten
Crush French Fried Onions in plastic bag. Dip chicken into egg: then
coat in onion crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes at 4000F until cooked through
In any recipe, simply replace breadcrumbs with French Fried Onions. Enjoy.
