Have any of you ever cooked ramps? I got a bagful from my green
grocer. I ordered them, but I thought they were something they are
not. I knew that they are an early spring veggie, but I had them
mixed up with some kind of early spring mushroom. Mushrooms they are
not! They taste like a very garlicky green onion!
Any ideas about recipes or how to cook them?
