So would those be the iced tea bags, since they are a bigger bag and have
longer strings?

That depends on your taste.
I like to use 4 tea bags per 1 1/2 quarts of water.  I put the tea bags in 
the container with the strings hanging out the side and just let it sit at 
room temperature for a couple of hours, or in the sun.  I use hurb teas to 
make the flavor a little more interesting.
Then I add sugar, maybe some fresh lemon juice to the tea in the container, 
and ice to the glass before I pour in the tea.
That's how we like it around here.
