Mom's Easy Ricotta Cake
1 box yellow cake mix 15 oz. Ricotta Cheese 2/3 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 stick butter (room temp) Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9x13 pan. Mix cake mix according to the directions on the box. Pour into pan. Beat together, Ricotta, Sugar, Eggs, and Butter. Pour on top of cake mix. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until top of cake is set. Let cool for about 5 minutes and invert on a platter. Cool.
