? 1/4 c. green peppers, minced ? 1/4 c. green onions, minced ? 1/4 c. cucumber, minced ? 1/4 c. radishes, minced ? 1/4 c. celery, minced ? 1 c. sour cream ? 1/2 c. mayonnaise ? 2 tsp. sugar ? 1/4 tsp. white pepper ? 1 clove garlic, minced Mince vegetables and drain on paper toweling. Blend sour cream with remaining ingredients and stir in minced vegetables. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
