Easy Blueberry Cookies
1/4 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 cups pancake mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Cream butter and sugar together in large mixing bowl. Beat in egg, mixing
well. Stir in pancake mix and pecans. Fold in blueberries.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets and bake for 12 minutes at 350* Cool on
wire racks.
