JELL-O COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD
1 pt. cottage cheese, small curd
1 sm. box orange Jell-O
1 med. size Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained
Sprinkle dry Jell-O on cottage cheese. Mix in 1 can oranges and Cool
Whip. Mix well arrange 2nd can of oranges in any pattern on top of salad.
Refrigerate an hour before serving. Other flavors of Jell-O and fruits can be
used.
