I would throw it out. It is supposed to be refrigerated. Actually, I keep
mine in the freezer, which is also okay, but have to make sure it is
completely defrosted before using it. It is very easy to unroll and works
quite well.
So, buy some new pastry and store it in the refrigerator or freezer so you
can use it when you want to.
