The pie crust comes two in a package. They are wrapped separately, each in
a roll. Each crust will fit a 9 inch pie plate and can be used separately
or for one pie requiring a top crust. You simply place the crust on the rim
of the pie plate and gently unroll it, fitting it into the pan. Then you
fold and crimp the edges before baking.
There is no rolling pin involved.
