CINNAMON APPLE SALAD

6 tart apples

1 c. red cinnamon candies

Salad dressing or mayonnaise

1 c. miniature marshmallows

1/2 c. chopped celery

1 c. raisins

1/3 c. chopped pecans

Pare and core apples. Cook candies in 2 cups of water until dissolved. Add 
apples,

simmer until tender, turning frequently. Chill thoroughly in syrup. Turn to 
color

evenly. Blend 1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise with remaining ingredients. 
Drain

apples. Place on salad greens. Stuff centers and top with additional dressing.  
Enjoy.
