This is what I made for supper yesterday.
It turned out good! Had rice and veggies with it.

This recipe is for the crockpot.
I omitted the salt.
>> and I cubed the meat up so that when I served it, people would get both
sauce and meat. I used a soup ladle to serve it with.
I used boneless chops.

Peking Pork Chops

6 pork chops, about 1 inch thick

Sauce:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 to 2 cloves garlic, mashed
salt and pepper to taste

Trim excess fat from pork chops. Place pork chops in crockpot. Mix sauce
ingredients together. Pour mixture over meat in crockpot.

Cook, covered, on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until tender. Season with salt
and pepper.

Serve with: steamed white rice or jasmine rice and/or Chinese noodles.

Makes 6 servings.

This works well with pork steaks too.

Later.
