Hello Friends,
About two months ago my Pen Friend, bought in Canada, stopped working
and I had done nothing wrong - it just failed. I now have a
replacement, as it carried a 12 month warranty, and had to re-record
about 250 labels. What a chore and I would not wish the experience
on anyone else.
For that reason I am writing this to all of you who own a Pen Friend
or plan to have one. Be sure to back it up in to your computer. I
whish I had known to do that before mine failed.
To find instructions, go to
www.asic.bc.cx
and go to the Resources section and look at the How To section.
You will find it quite simple to do and it should be done on a
regular basis, according to how often you add to the Pen Friend.
You will find a lot of other useful instructions there, all posted by
Rob Sleath here in Vancouver.
