Peach Crisp

 

2 can sliced peaches, drained (16 oz)

1/4 c sugar

2   t cornstarch

3/4 c low-fat Granola (without raisins)

 

Method

 

1. In small bowl combine peaches, sugar, and cornstarch.

2. Spoon peach mixture into 4 custard cups coated with cooking spray.

3. Place cups on a baking sheet and sprinkle Granola over tops of each custard 
cup.

4. Bake at 400 degrees uncovered for 25 minutes or until throughly heated 

and tops are crisp.

5. Makes 4 servings.
