Hello cooks,
I've had zuchinni sticks in restaurants and they are so good but deep fried, and no way can I do deep frying.
Does anyone have a recipe for making them in the oven?
Can you just coat them in egg and bread crumbss and then bake on a rack without turning? (I find it impossible to turn things over and usually drop the lot on the floor!)
If so, at what temp and for how long, please.
