FRIED ZUCCHINI STICKS 1 med. zucchini cut into sticks
1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. cornmeal Seasoned salt to taste Mix flour, cornmeal and salt together. Dip the zucchini sticks in egg and roll in flour mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and tender, turning often.
