I think it must be some sort of cookie that you can grill. Here is a
recipe.
HARDANGER LEFSA
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. soda
2 tbsp. baking powder
Flour enough to roll out
Bake on lefsa grill.
