2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
      2 Eggs
      1 Cup Milk
      1 Can Corn, drained
      1 can Ro-Tel, drained
      1 8 oz package shredded cheddar cheese
      1 small onion chopped
      1 1 pound package Hot Breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
      You can cook the onion with the sausage or just add it into the mix as it 
is.
      Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat eggs well, add cornbread mix, milk, 
corn, rotel, cheese, and sausage. Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan and let set for 
15 minutes. Cook one hour or until set and golden brown. Should pull away from 
sides of pan when done.
