Hi All, For those of you who bake cakes, how do you transfer them onto something else, after having taken them out of the oven? Particularly, if you're going to take them somewhere, do you just take them in the pan or what do you do? If keeping at home, do you just keep them in a pan? I'm thinking if you had to take the cake out of the cake pan because you needed to take it somewhere, it might fall apart?
Ideas and suggestions would be appreciated. I also would like to know where you buy cake carriers, for those occasions when you do need to transport the baked goods?
