CROCK POT MEAT LOAF II

2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
2/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. onion
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. ground beef

SAUCE:

1/4 c. catsup
2 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard

Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion and salt and burger. Mix well and shape to fit bottom of crockpot. Cook on low 5 or 6 hours. Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes.

Be careful when removing the meatloaf from the crockpot; this will be very moist. Use a couple spatulas to take it out of the container.
