German Chocolate Muffins 

3 tbs chopped pecans 
3 tbs flaked coconut 
3 tbs firmly packed light brown sugar 
1 pkg (18.25 oz.) pudding included German chocolate cake mix 

Preheat oven to 400F. 

Grease 12 (3 1/2-inch) large muffin cups. Combine pecans, coconut and sugar, 
set aside. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, reducing water by 
1/4 cup. Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling 1/2 full. Sprinkle sugar mix 
over tops. 

Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 
in pans on wire rack 5 minutes, remove from pans. Cool on wire rack. 

Makes 12 jumbo muffins.  Enjoy.
