Hi, Janet, All of the recipes posted sound good. You can also make a quiche with ground up or cubed ham, or use some in an omelet. You can cut some into strips and add it to a salad with strips of cheese, turkey and hard boiled egg for a Chef Salad, a nice main dish salad for lunch or dinner.
