GRANDMA'S GERMAN STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE

      2 c. flour
      1 c. sugar
      2 tsp. baking powder
      1/2 tsp. salt
      1 c. milk
      1/3 c. oil
      1 tsp. vanilla
      1 egg
      Blueberries, nuts or chopped apples

      TOPPING:

      1/3 c. white sugar
      1/3 c. brown sugar
      1/2 c. flour
      1/3 c. butter

      Beat flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, oil, vanilla and egg 
until smooth. Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan. As an option you may sprinkle 
a cup of blueberries, nuts or chopped apples on top of this mixture.
      TOPPING: Cut butter into dry mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle this over 
the batter mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.  Enjoy.
