I am interested in pursuing this type of cooking. NLS has a good recipe
book and discusses various types of steamers, but the book is 14 years old
and I wonder how many changes have been made in electric steamers since
then. If any of you do this type of cooking where you can prepare a whole
meal at the same time, I would truly appreciate your recommendation in the
