HELOISE - COOKIES USING A CAKE MIX
Choose a cake mix (any) 2 eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil Raisins, dates, chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, etc. (optional) Mix well. Using a teaspoon, drop spoonfuls of batter on an ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Enjoy.
