here is the one i use. i don't measure anything per se, but it usually turns out great. i don't use mixes either.

hamburger meat, usually 1 to 2 pounds,
wistershire sauce
catsup
one onion chopped
brown your meat and add onion. then add a good splash of westershire sauce, a good squirt of catsup. mix and let it cook for about ten minutes or so until it gets the taste and texture that you like. this is pretty much a personal preference recipe. smiles.
