Hot Chocolate Mix
2 (9.6-ounce) boxes instant nonfat dry milk
1 (16-ounce) container Nesquik powder
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup powdered nondairy coffee creamer
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
Garnish: miniature marshmallows
In a large bowl, combine dry milk powder, Nesquik powder, confectioners' sugar,
nondairy creamer, and instant coffee granules.
Spoon 1 cup of mix into each of 11 (1 pint) clear plastic bags; top with
miniature marshmallows, if desired.
Label each bag with recipe.
To serve, spoon 1/4 cup mix into 1 cup hot water or milk; stir well. Enjoy.
