EASY BISQUICK SUGAR COOKIE
Drop Cookies: 3 cups bisquick 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1/3 cup water 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate, melted Blend all ingredients together. drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and flatten cookies with spatula. Return to oven and bake 2 additional minutes. Remove and cool. Drizzle with melted semi-sweet chocolate. Enjoy.
