BISQUICK COOKIES
1 c. Bisquick mix (or Jiffy mix) 1/4 c. oil 1 egg 1 sm. box instant pudding (any flavor) If you use lemon pudding, add 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Roll into small balls, flatten a little with glass dipped in powdered sugar, or just press down with fingers. Bake on ungreased pan 8-10 minutes at 350 Degrees. Enjoy.
