Cherry Nut Egg Nog Bread

2 1/2 cups flour

3/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 beaten egg

1 1/4 cups Egg Nog

1/3 cup cooking oil

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1/2 cup Maraschino cherries

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In another bowl,

mix egg, Egg Nog and oil. Stir into dry ingredients. Fold in nuts and

cherries.

Pour into 2 greased 8 by 4 by 2-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 
minutes.

Makes 2 loaves.
