Eggnog Bread

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

1/3 cup butter or oil,

1 cup dairy eggnog(use the kind purchased in a carton)

2 teaspoons rum extract

1 teaspoon vanilla

2-1/4 cups  flour

 2 teaspoons baking powder

 1/2 teaspoon salt

 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat eggs.  Add sugar and wet ingredients.  Mix well.

Stir together dry ingredients; add to first mixture, stirring until

moistened.

Grease bottom only of a 9  by 5 loaf pan.  Pour batter into pan.

Bake for 45- 50 minutes-until the bread tests done.  Makes one loaf.
