You could always resort to baked pancakes and one-eyed sailors. Baked
pancakes you don't flip. One-eyed sailors since you've used a cooky
cutter or glass to punch out a circle in the center of a good slice of
bread and put the slice in the pan and then cracked an egg right into the
center of that slice of bread so it lands in the hole, and let it cook for
a while those are easier to flip and taste better than eggs with rye or
pumpernickel bread. Just remember patience and let the egg set up nicely
