Hy Cheryl, this is the method I used. I used powdered sugar instead, though. I also used marshmallows because I hate tryingto get the marshmallow cream out of the jar. WAY TOO sticky. So I cooked the marshmallows and butter and sargar and milk in a bowl for 3 mins, stirred, 2 more minutes and scraped bowl. Then 3 mins again, stirl and 2 and a half mins. It didn't seem thick enough so I even nooked it for 2 more minutes. Then I put in the jar of peanutbutter and vanila and nuts and mixed and then put in a pan cooled at room temp. It set half way but was still soft so II put it in the fridge the next day to get hard enough to cut up. The taste is great, I just wish it would have set more. Oh, and I used 2 sticks of butter instead of a stick and a half. So, maybe I'll try some other time using granulated sugar, less marshmallows and just a stick and a half of butter and see where that gets me.
