Trader Joe's sells some really great mac & cheese balls.  They're covered 
with spiced bread crumbs, bite sized and frozen.  They're meant for 
appetizers or snacks, but why not a side dish, or even main dish if you eat 
them alongside a salad.  Stock up because after the holidays, you may have 
to wait till next year.
