Hi Joy. Sorry for the late response. I was out of town for Christmas
and I'm playing catch-up today. We have a bacon rack that holds 14
slices of bacon and you nook it in the microwave. If you want the bacon
crispy you just nook it longer. It is really easy and tastes fine. It
drains the greese into the bottom while it cooks. Tastes no different t
han on the stove in my opinion. I remember reading the book "cookin'
without lookin'" and I think in there they said to put the bacon in a
skillet and put a lid on it and the steam and grease popping around will
cook it on the top as well so you don't have to flip it.

Subject: [CnD] Bacon?

Hi everyone:

I had a quick question I thought you might be able to help with. I love
bacon on rare occasion, but I don't really like cooking it in the
microwave. The one large burn scar I have on my hand is from trying to
flip bacon while frying it. Needless to say, I haven't done that since,
lol. Is there a good way to cook bacon, one that will make it come out
crisp and tasty but not put my hands in jeopardy? Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Take care.

Joy and family
