I think you would just use whatever the recipe calls for, for instance, if it says to drop by tablespoonfull on a cookie sheet you'd do that with a muffin pan? Also I'm thinking you'd follow the recipe for greasing, but not sure on this. I'm hoping to try these as well at some point, and I know others will have more definite info for us. Good luck.
