I like to use the mini muffin pans to make cookies.
Instead of using the paper liners I now use the
re-usable ones.
I spray them with a little pam to insure that the batter does not stick.
I fill 2/3 full.
My experience is that the time of the finished product is the same.
If I consistantly measure the same amount in to the liner the cookies
are the same size.
