Hi. I want to make some pecan rolls, but I've never made them before, and my
Grandma's recipe just gives the directions for the dough and baking time.
How many times do you usually let the dough rise and how many times do you
knead it? Also, do any of you have a Kitchenade mixer with a dough hook? I
have one, but I've never used it and I'm not sure what the steps would be
for making the dough using the mixer as compared to by hand. Any help will
be appreciated. Thank you.
