BISQUICK OVEN PANCAKES 1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 tbsp. sugar 2 eggs 3/4 c. milk 1/4 c. maple flavored syrup 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease and flour rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Beat baking mix, sugar, eggs, milk, syrup and 1/2 cup of the Cheddar cheese. Beat with hand beater until smooth. Pour into dish. Bake, uncovered, until wooden toothpick comes out clean (15 minutes). Sprinkle pancake with rest of cheese and bacon and put back in oven for 5 minutes or so.
