I spray a frying pan with Pam, cook the burger on low, covered, about
9 or 10 minutes on one side and about 8 or 9 minutes on the other
side. On the GF grill, I cook them about 10 minutes. Be sure to put
the little tray in front of the grill to catch the grease.

When I first bring the hamburger home from the store, I season it with
Spike or seasoned salt, seasoned pepper, onion powder, a pinch or two
of sweet basil, then add chopped onion, green bell pepper, and a
tablespoon or two of barbecue sauce. I form the hamburger patties,
then put them in freezer bags and store in the freezer. This way,
whenever I am in the mood for a hamburger, there is no preparation
necessary. Yes, I cook them frozen, so the time I mentioned above
allows for that. It's been a long time since I have cooked one that
is fresh, but I think the time is about 8 minutes per side in the
frying pan.
