SOFT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly
in a bowl.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto a non-stick baking sheet (non-stick spray
on others)
and press each with a fork. (Keep a glass of water close to dip fork into,
to prevent
sticking.)
Bake 10 minutes. Cool before removing from baking sheet. About 2-2 1/2
dozen.

Subject: [CnD] peanut butter cookies
I want to first thank everyone for the wonderful peach cobbler recipes. I
tried Marilyn's because it seemed simple and I had all of the ingredients.
I have saved the others with plans to try them later. My family said they
liked it. Now I want to try my hand at peanut butter cookies. I need a
simple recipe as I am just getting my hands wet with baking.
