Yes, these absolutely do work, despite the lack of flour. I'm not exactly sure how, lol, but they do. I prefer the cake mix cookies, as I like a very soft cookies and these turn out a bit more firm. Also, they do burn easily, check at the very minute they are supposed to be done. Good luck.
